These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ARABII (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of the ARABII app and services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ARABII for your own non-commercial learning, subject to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled according to the applicable store’s policies. Please contact Apple or Google for refund requests, or support@arabii.app for assistance.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app; use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through the in-app companion or other features.
You retain ownership of content you provide (such as recordings and messages). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The app, its content, audio, models, and branding are owned by ARABII or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
ARABII is an educational tool. Pronunciation scores and feedback are provided “as is” to support your practice and do not guarantee any specific proficiency, certification, or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see arabii.app/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ARABII’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.
