Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your ARABII account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@arabii.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify your identity and delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, user ID).
• Your learning preferences and progress (goals, level, history).
• Your voice recordings and messages sent to the in-app companion.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to (for example, transaction/receipt records for tax and fraud-prevention purposes) and de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you. These are kept only as long as required and then deleted.

Timing

Deletion in the app is immediate for your account. Any residual copies in backups are removed within 30 days.
